A workshop for yoga teachers to learn how to use presence & touch to cultivate connection, comfort, stability & softness in an asana practice.
What to expect:
Learn the main elements of energetic presence and attunement inspired by Reiki
Learn the science & psychology of touch
Learn specific hands-on asissts for a variety of asanas, including restorative assists.
Practice creating a safe space for touch in a yoga context
